Ron Leps has a Bachelor's degree from Texas State University and a Master's degree from Texas A&M University. Ron began his career with Round Rock ISD and joined the Cooperative Extension Service in 1979. Ron served as County Extension Agent in Montgomery, Falls, and Williamson Counties. Ron and his family moved to Williamson County in 1985, and he retired in 2006, receiving the Professor Emeritus Honor. Having lived and served landowners in Central Texas for 30 years, Leps understands the historical growth and development of Williamson and surrounding counties and has advised landowners in the use of farms and ranches. In addition to his real estate career, Ron Leps has a consulting base of 100,000 acres of intensive livestock production.
