Donna Gooden is the Corporate Assistant Secretary and Executive Assistant to the Corporate Officers and its Board of Directors. With 22 years experience in the affordable housing industry, serving in the property management division of Woodlawn Trustees, Ms. Gooden is assisting the management of Todmorden at all levels. She attended the University of Delaware before embarking on a career of assisting low income families and individuals with their housing needs.
Rodney Lambert is President & CEO of Todmorden Foundation. In addition to serving as Woodlawn Trustees' President & CEO, Mr. Lambert previously served as Controller for Nuclear Electric Insurance Ltd., where he worked for 10 years. He earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from West Chester University and received his Certified Public Accountant designation from the State of Pennsylvania in 1994.

Vernon Green is Todmorden Foundation's Senior Vice President in charge of Real Estate and Operations. Working in the real estate industry since 1984 as a real estate broker with B. Gary Scott and Prudential Preferred Realty, Mr. Green joined Woodlawn Trustees in 1992 as the Contract and Rental Manager and later served as Vice President of Operations. He attended the University of Delaware and Florida International University, majoring in Business.
