Udippco is a wholly Nigerian indigeneous petroleum (upstream E & P) and energy company, owned and run by a group of Nigerian petroleum industry professional who used to work for major international oil companies (IOCs) in various aspeact of the petroleum business. The company was incorporated at the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) office in Abuja, Nigeria, from June to August 2010 with registration number RC 907638, to carry out operations from the upstream through to the downstream of the petroleum business.
