TransplantFirst Academy's mission is to empower chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end stage renal disease (ESRD) patients to proactively plan their best future. We inspire patients to achieve this goal by encouraging them to explore transplant options long before they are asked to consider dialysis. TFA believes that patients have the right to know all their options, voice their choice and proactively secure their best outcome.
