Eric Lanoie was born in Saskatoon, raised in Zaire (Democratic Republic of the Congo) where his parents were medical missionaries, and has called Saskatchewan home since 1996. He graduated from the Ubangui Academy in 1991 and after two years of University, returned to Zaire where he was involved with rural development and medical work.
Upon returning to Canada in 1996, Eric re-enrolled in University, graduating with an honours degree in International Development from the University of Guelph in 2000. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with his Bachelor of Laws in 2005 and was called to the bar in 2006.
Eric practiced at the private bar in Prince Albert from 2006 until 2014 when he took a position as Complaints Counsel with the Law Society of Saskatchewan. In April of 2016, Eric joined TTH Law Firm where his areas of practice include civil litigation, corporate and commercial law, family law, real estate and criminal law.
Eric is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and Regina Bar Association, and is reasonably fluent in both French and Lingala.
Born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, Lisa Horvath received her Juris Doctor in 2003 and began articling with Willows Tulloch & Howe in 2003. She joined the firm as an associate following her call to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2004 and became a partner in 2008. Lisa practices in all areas of corporate and commercial law, including facilitating purchase and sale transactions, financing, shareholders' agreements, amalgamations and corporate reorganizations. Lisa also practices extensively in the area of residential and commercial real estate, including, buying and selling, leasing, development and financing. Lisa also maintains an estate planning practice and assists clients with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, family trusts, obtaining letters probate and letters of administration and property guardianship matters.
She is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, Canadian Bar Association and the Regina Bar Association.

Neil Tulloch is the senior partner and lawyer of the firm, having earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 1979, and been a member of the Saskatchewan Bar since 1980.
He is a Regina resident having practiced in Regina since being admitted to the Bar.
Neil's preferred areas of practice are commercial and corporate, estate planning and administration, real estate, employment, construction, criminal defence and litigation, including insurance claims and family law.
Neil's farming background has also been useful while approaching legal problems and conflicts in the agriculture area.
Neil has appeared in all levels of Courts in Saskatchewan. He is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Regina Bar Association.
