Carrie joined the family business in 2007 and manages all aspects of office administration, human resources, marketing, and bookkeeping. Carrie also provides health and safety guidance to the TRP team.

Matt entered the ICI con struc tion indus try as a Labourer for TRP Con struc tion over 20 years ago. Since then, he has devel oped from Car pen ter to Site Super in ten dent to his cur rent posi tion as a Project Manager/ Director. Matt has over 10 years expe ri ence as a Project Man ager and has com pleted small ren o va tions, mid- size addi tions, and new con struc tion projects up to a value of $14.5M. Matt has expe ri ence man ag ing CCDC 2- Stipulated Bid, CCDC 3 & 5B Con struc tion Man age ment con tracts, and CCDC 14- Design Build.
