Our firm Ucar Sucuklar possesses 1000 m² closed ground. With 8 workers, we can make 1 ton of pure meat. We are the first in Europe who makes homemade sucuk, pastirma, dry meat, kosova sucuk, cemen. They are all made with a lot of dedication and protection to get the right taste... The honour of our production is that our products are accepted by the HACCP standards.
