Duncan R. St. Clair

Duncan St. Clair brings a wealth of sales experience to the West Broad Capital team. Prior to joining West Broad Capital, Duncan spent nearly 10 years in the capital markets on the equity and structured investment sales desks of Morgan Stanley. As a Sector Specialist, Duncan worked with sector analysts in the minerals and mining markets, as well as middle market institutional clients of covered companies, to initiate and convey trade ideas and strategies to Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors nationwide. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Duncan managed online sales for a prominent auto dealer and wholesaler, prior to which he spent 6 years as a relationship management officer at TD Waterhouse where he analyzed client portfolios and managed new relationships. Duncan received a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Gettysburg College, and holds his NASD Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses.

George K. Crozer V

George Crozer brings a wide variety of experience in the retail, insurance, and legal sectors to West Broad Capital. Prior to joining West Broad Capital, George was an executive at Ahold Delhaize, working under its Hannaford Brothers subsidiary where he managed a team of approximately 100 associates. Prior to Ahold Delhaize, George worked for Primerica and Insphere Insurance in the Life and Health insurance fields. Prior to that, George worked at Tronfeld, West and Durrett, a law firm with a practice focused on medical malpractice and product liability. George received a BA in History from Gettysburg College and received his JD from University of Richmond, School of Law. While at Richmond, George completed the Programme in International Law at University of Cambridge.

Lawrence J.W. Ikard - Founder

Larry is a founding partner of Gracie Point LLC, a specialty finance company focused on the life insurance market, where he is responsible for the company's origination activities in the EMEA region. One of five founding partners, Larry also serves as President of Gracie Point International, Limited, Gracie Point's wholly-owned subsidiary based in the Cayman Islands. Prior to joining Gracie Point, Larry was a Managing Director at InsCap Management, a boutique investment bank, where he was responsible for running the fully-collateralized premium finance lending program. Prior to that, Larry served as a due diligence analyst at Systematic Absolute Return (AG), a Zurich-based fund of hedge funds investment manager and allocator of capital to funds which focused on asset-based lending and asset-based investing strategies. Prior to that, Larry oversaw the business development efforts of an emerging technology software company in New York City, made markets in equity options on the floor of the American Stock Exchange, and began his career in banking at Chase Manhattan Corporation in 1998. Larry holds an MBA from The University of Edinburgh and a BA from The University of Virginia.

Rodrigo Sanchez

Rodrigo Sanchez is a senior attorney with broad experience in the financial services industry. He is an advisor to West Broad, and has served as counsel at Arent Fox LLP where he represented financial institutions and other market participants in the finance industry with an emphasis on the insurance space. At West Broad he assists the company in relation to all legal and compliance manners and provides strategic advice. Rodrigo was the General Counsel of Gracie Point, LLC, a specialty finance company operating in the life insurance space, and was responsible for its legal, compliance and internal control matters. Prior to joining Gracie Point, LLC, he served as first associate general counsel then general counsel of Concord Capital Management, LLC, also a specialty finance company operating in the life insurance space, where he also had responsibility for the company's legal, compliance and internal control matters. Rodrigo has practiced law since 2003, developing extensive experience in structured finance as an associate first at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and then Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. He is an attorney admitted to practice in the state of New York.
