Israel had his first degree in Banking and Finance from Yaba College of Technology. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Israel started his professional career with Valentine Ayo - Ajayi & Co. Chartered Accountants in 2013. He joined Goldwyns Chartered Accountants in 2017. An Independent member firm of Goldwyns UK.
He has been equipped with creditable audit field and practical accounting experience spanning over seven (7) years providing audit, assurance and accounting services to audit and consulting clients ranging from Civil Construction, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Catering, Engineering, Hospitality, Educational outfits, Real Estate, Agriculture to mention a few.
He currently devotes most of his time to focus on audit quality, financial reporting, developing trainings, monitoring compliance with best practices and assistance in complex financial accounting matters with practical application of various financial reporting framework including - International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Kehinde Ademola holds a B.Sc in Management Accounting from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
He began his career with the firm of Chartered Accountants, Akintola Williams Deloitte where he worked as part of teams of professionals that delivered top class assurance and management consultancy services to clients in Nigeria, United Kingdom and the United States.
He has extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry and has been involved in several and varied assignments including Joint Venture Audit, Cost Recovery Audit, Cost Verification, ERP implementation et.c.
He is conversant with all fiscal arrangements in the Oil & Gas industry including the recently introduced Strategic Alliance Agreements (SAA).
He has undergone several training courses in Nigeria and overseas.
