David's experience and expertise is an invaluable asset to the company.
He has over five decades of experience in the engineering and construction fields. As a young man, David worked alongside his father and grandfather in their residential home building and remodeling business. After eight years with the Army he earned his undergraduate's degree from The University of Mississippi. He then earned a Master of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Virginia which has led him through a long career in the fields of design and construction.
At Vick Construction & Remodeling he acts as a consultant in the design and construction phases of our projects.
David Vick has an uncompromising approach to quality that is rare, especially in an industry where cheap and fast are commonplace.

Kevin Vick, owner and founder of Vick Construction & Remodeling has managed projects in Texas and Florida. Beyond his every day responsibilities, Kevin is currently serving on the 2023 Texas Association of Builders Board of Directors. He has served as the 2017 President of the Greater Houston Builders Association, (GHBA) Remodelers Council. He served as Vice President of the Remodelers Council in 2016. Kevin also served on the GHBA Board of Directors 2020-2022.
In 2015, Kevin led the team for the Remodeler's Council GHBA annual charity garage sale. The funds raised were used to support the 2016 Charity Project.
Kevin was awarded National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Council for Demonstrating Remodeling Excellence (CADRE) in 2018.
Kevin is a member of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and served on the ASID Board of Directors as Financial Director 2020 & 2021, and the ASID Ruby Awards Committee in 2019.
Vick Construction & Remodeling has a Houston Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating of A+. We received the BBB's highest honor in 2024, the Awards for Excellence-Pinnacle Award. In addition we received multiple BBB Awards for Excellence-Winner of Distinction in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
