At the start of 2020 we welcomed Jack Elliott onto the Board. Jack has been a passionate Werribee supporter from early childhood, with decades of strong family ties to the club.
At a prosperous time in his career, Jack possesses a wealth of experience working in the global sports industry. Having previously worked at three AFL clubs (Sydney Swans, Hawthorn and North Melbourne), Jack will play a pivotal role in driving Werribee Football Clubs football and high performance strategy.
Jack currently works for Australia's largest sports marketing agency - TLA Worldwide, as a Talent/Athlete Manager. Jack represents over 25 athletes across a range of different sports, including some of the country's biggest names such as Emma McKeon, Mack Horton, Cate & Bronte Campbell, Scott McLaughlin, Liz Watson and Sharni Layton. He also works alongside sporting legends and national icons such as Michael Klim, Mitchell Johnson, Susie O'Neill and Sharelle McMahon.
Jacqui has been a passionate VFL and AFL follower since birth and has been supporting Werribee Football Club since early 2018.
Jacqui has worked for some of Australia's largest organisation's and has had extensive management experience in marketing, communications, events and sales. Jacqui holds qualifications in Marketing, Management and is currently completing a course in Cyber Security.
Having played netball for over 30 years Jacqui brings a wealth of experience from metropolitan and regional football and netball clubs, having been player, coach, captain, netball president, committee member and worked with a several councils to improve facilities at both metropolitan and regional football netball clubs.

Justin Abrams joins Werribee Football Club in 2024 in the newly-created role of General Manager - Business Operations. Justin is no stranger to those in football, having worked extensively across football management in regional Victoria, including the role of Regional Operations Manager of AFL Central Victoria and marketing and business development positions for North Ballarat Football Club.
Kevin has been the Werribee Media Manager since 2004. Kevin and his wife Sarah Patterson run their own company Howdy Partners Media which works for a variety of organisations. Kevin has had a long and successful career in radio at stations like 3XY, Fox FM, Triple M and SEN. Kevin is the author of three books on football and one of Melbourne's best known MC's and voice over artists. Kevin is a Life Member of the Western Bulldogs.
Luke joined the Werribee Football Club's Board in late 2022. Born and raised in Werribee, Luke's support for the club began in the mid-90s when he would ride his bike to the footy and cheer on the likes of Jack Aziz, Michael Frost, Shaun Smith, Donald McDonald, and Trent Churchill.
Luke has 10+ years of experience in football administration, particularly in the VFL and second-tier football. He spent time with the VFL where he worked in competition and talent operations from 2010 to 2012 before joining the Collingwood Football Club as the General Manager of the club's VFL team from 2012 to 2016. Luke then moved to Sydney to work at the AFL, managing the NEAFL competition across ACT, NSW, QLD, and NT from 2016 to 2020.
Currently, Luke is involved with Track160, a tech startup that leverages AI-based optical tracking to provide football (soccer) clubs, coaches, players, and parents with automated match and performance data. By combining computer vision and machine learning, Track160 offers vision packages and valuable insights to enhance the development of talented footballers and coaches.
Luke has a Bachelor of Sports Management/Bachelor Human Movement & Exercise Science from Victoria University and is currently studying a Master of Project Management at RMIT.

Mark joined Werribee as CEO in October 2003. He was previously General Manager of the Western Region Football League and has an extensive history in football both as an administrator and player with the Port Melbourne Colts Football Club. Mark is a Life Member of both the Port Melbourne Colts and also of the WRFL. He lives in Werribee South with his wife Narelle.
My name is Martin Carter and I reside in Werribee, having lived here for 28 years.
I was originally an inner suburban boy having moved from Northcote post my studies, marriage and the beginning of my working life.
I have been involved as a Board Member for approximately 13 years spanning from 1992 to current times. I was a past President of the Werribee Sports Club and also served on other sporting boards in an executive capacity. My current portfolio is Strategic Planning and am intimately involved in our prime revenue source, The Tigers Clubhouse.
Mia Shaw joined the board at the start of the 2022 season. Mia is also Board Secretary and a member of the Board's Audit & Risk Sub-Committee.
Mia grew up in Werribee and her family has been part of the Wyndham community for more than 100 years. Her family has also been involved in the Werribee Football Club in various roles across many years.
Mia has worked for some of Australia's largest organisations and has had extensive experience in communication, community engagement and advocacy. Mia has a Graduate Diploma (Public Relations) from RMIT and a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism) from Deakin University. Mia has completed and graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, which provides a comprehensive grounding in the roles and duties of board directors, including good governance and transparency.
Mia is currently serving her second term on Wyndham City Council, having first been elected in 2016, and was Mayor for the 2018/19 term. Integrity and good governance is at the heart of Mia's work, and her decision-making and consultation processes are always ethical and transparent.
Michael brings more than 15 years of management experience in the healthcare and disability sectors to his new role along with previous board and council experience. Since May 2016, he has served as CEO of Very Special Kids, a not-for-profit organisation that supports children with life-threatening conditions by providing a children's hospice and professional family support services.
He also has a long history with Werribee Gold Sponsor MatchWorks - which provides specialist employment services to people with a disability, medical condition or injury - where he previously spent eight years as executive director and a further five years prior to that as operations manager.
A resident of Wyndham since 2006, Michael is passionate about sport and understands the important role it plays in the local community. He has participated in a range of different sports but has been most heavily involved in cricket, having played in the UK and at the district level locally in addition to taking on coaching roles at two clubs in the Geelong Cricket Association.

Peter is a Chartered Accountant, tax advisor and registered auditor with over 30 years' experience advising SMEs from most industry sectors. He heads the Werribee office of Findex (formerly Crowe Horwath) Australia's largest accounting and financial services network.
Peter has clients in property development, medical, legal, manufacturing, retail, tourism and hospitality, market gardeners and primary producers. He advises them on business purchase and sale, mergers and joint ventures, valuations, business structuring, management accounting, budgeting and cashflow management, tax planning and minimisation strategies, income tax, CGT, GST, FBT small business concessions, and auditing. As well as succession issues, asset protection, and planning for their financial future.
