Jenny is our Collaborative Workspace Coordinator who is dedicated to learn about our diverse range of products, services and customers. Being a natural people-person, Jenny thrives in being part of the Wrightway family and their core values. Her main focus is managing shared office spaces/duties, fostering a productive work culture and keeping our customers home improvements needs top-priority.
Jon is our dynamic project and sales director with nearly 20 years of customer service experience. He currently specializes in product knowledge of doors, windows, gutters, retractable awnings, retractable screens and pergolas. His empathic approach to sales, paired with technological savvy and problem-solving skills ensure that all customers receive personalized solutions.
Krystle is our dedicated Customer Relationship Management Director and has been with Wrightway since 2012. Krystle ensures accuracy and extensive knowledge of all office functions within Wrightway. One of Krystle's major projects when she started at Wrightway is to maintain and create a customer database dating back to 1977- and is jokingly known as the (file whisperer).
Krystle is an integral part of Wrightway's success and Customer Satisfaction.
Marie is our dedicated administrative, invoicing, and accounts payable director and has been with Wrightway since 2010 and has extensive knowledge of office functions. She puts customers first and makes sure to go the extra mile to meet their needs and pair them with the right project coordinator. Marie ensures efficiency and satisfaction with every aspect of operations.
Matt is our seasoned project manager with over 25 years of experience, specializing in insulation, doors, windows, decks, gutters, roofing, and siding. He excels in listening to customers by ensuring that their needs are met with integrity. Knowledgeable and approachable, Matt's commitment to excellence makes him a trusted leader in the home improvement industry.
Shane is our accomplished production manager who specializes in product knowledge of windows, gutters, roofing, and siding installation. His keen eye for detail and dedication to excellence allow him to effectively meet customers' ideas. Shane's personable approach and attentive communication style fosters positive relationships.
