As a function of three county human services departments, the Aging & Disability Resource Center is served by an Advisory Committee made up of twelve individuals representing the three counties as well as the various populations we serve... The Aging & Disability Resource Center serving Calumet, Outagamie, and Waupaca Counties is a consortium of the three respective county human services departments. Our services are provided at no cost to our consumers, and the information we provide is unbiased and intended to help individuals make informed decisions... The ADRC of Calumet, Outagamie, and Waupaca Counties provides assistance with disabilities services, mental health services, and elderly care by offering free guidance on disabilities resources and long-term care, as well as information on elderly benefits including Medicare benefits and Social Security benefits.
