I can offer various services to you, from the initial architectural consultation, project feasibility and concept design via all matters of the planning permissions (including liaising with the planners and the case officers) and regulations up to the technical design and construction phase along with managing the completion on site... On the relevant project stages I coordinate information with the Structural Engineers and Building Control. I am working on behalf of the Clients as their Lead Architect (or Principal Designer - as per the CDM 2015 Regulations) or an Agent - depending on how the Clients wish to be involved in the project and depending on the scale of the development.
