EASST is working to save lives and prevent injuries by making road travel safer, greener and more sustainable for future generations... From 2009-2022 EASST included road safety partner organisations in the Russian Federation and Belarus. As of February 2022, this is no longer the case. It is with regret that we have ceased our collaboration and work in those countries due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. We deeply condemn the war in Ukraine. EASST and our partner organisation FIRE AID will continue to provide support to Ukraine's emergency services, and we will do our utmost to assist Ukraine in its process of rebuilding. We also offer our strong support to Moldova, facing huge challenges in managing over half a million Ukrainian refugees in a country of just 3.2 million people.
