Adam Norman is a partner of our firm with over 10 years' experience in the industry. Adam is highly qualified and holds the coveted Chartered Financial Planner status, along with membership to the Personal Finance Society.
Adam specialises in pensions and investment advice and leads our investment committee.
Adam is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys going to the gym several times per week. He spends his weekends supporting Tottenham Hotspur.
Claire De Almeida joined our administration team following a successful career in hospitality. She is working alongside Katrina to assist with business accounts and client management, with a view to taking over aspects of this role in the future.
Claire's balancing of work-life and motherhood doesn't allow much time for hobbies! She enjoys walking and cycling when she gets the chance.
Daniel is a fully qualified paraplanner, having achieved his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning with distinction. He has begun his studies towards the coveted ‘Chartered' status, with the aim of becoming an adviser in the future.
Daniel is a lifelong supporter of West Ham Football Club and enjoys snowboarding in the Alps.
Katrina Duke is the founder of our firm. She has worked in financial services for over 40 years and has a vast experience of all aspects of financial planning.
Katrina ensures that the firm complies with all FCA regulation and manages the business overall.
In her free time, Katrina enjoys gardening and maintaining her vegetable patch at home.
Ray Duke, with over 40 years of experience, brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to our team. As he transitions into semi-retirement, he now focuses on mentoring and supervising staff, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism.
Beyond the office, Ray is a passionate lifelong supporter and season ticket holder of Southend United Football Club.
Taylor Duke has achieved the prestigious Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and holds the ‘Chartered Financial Planner' designation. Taylor is also a member of the Personal Finance Society.
Taylor is a partner in the firm, advises clients and is responsible for consulting on technology.
In his free time, he is a keen chess player at both club and county level, representing Southend Chess Club and the Essex Chess Association.
