After gaining his BSc, Fabien Gathercole began work for a US stock broking firm before joining a top London estate agency. There he spent many years honing his negotiating skills whilst representing high net worth individuals. He then worked as a Senior Acquisitions Consultant for a successful property development fund managing a sizable portfolio. Over several years in this position he built up an in-depth knowledge of central London property. He maintains strong business relationships with the extensive network of contacts he established within the London property market.
Jonathan Irvine has lived and worked in the heart of our area of operation almost all his life, growing up in Knightsbridge and then Kensington. After gaining his BA at Bristol University he returned to London and went into estate agency. He has worked for both large corporate and small independent companies with equal success. Knowing precisely how agents work and think enables him to achieve excellent results when negotiating for his clients. Alongside agency he has spent considerable time project managing numerous residential developments in central London.
