Carlos Neves

Dr. Salman S. Mufti

Dr. Siddhartha (Sid) Rao

(Vascular Solutions of North Carolina) Dr. Siddhartha (Sid) Rao, founder of Amputation Prevention Center of North Carolina and Vascular Solutions of North Carolina, is an interventional cardiologist whose clinical practice includes care of patients with advanced peripheral artery disease (PAD), venous disease (deep venous thrombosis/DVT and varicose veins). He has dedicated a majority of his professional time to the care of his patients with limb and life threatening PAD performing and pioneering minimally invasive techniques like "primary pedal" procedures (that significantly reduce the risk of complications and greatly reduce recovery time after angioplasty/stent procedures) and limb-saving deep vein arterializations for North Carolina residents, who are otherwise offered only major lower extremity amputations. His work in establishing a limb salvage program led to recognition of his practice site as a Center of Excellence in the quarterly publication of CLI Global. Dr. Rao is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology and vascular ultrasound. Joseph Oolut

(Greenhouse Vascular Center) Dr. Joseph Oolut completed his medical school at the University of Texas-Houston and subsequently completed internal medicine, a chief medical residency, and a renal fellowship at UT-Houston. After fellowship, he worked with Vascular Access Centers and became trained in interventional nephrology procedures. He was named the Medical Director of VAC-Seattle and completed vascular access and interventional radiology procedures in ten states around the country. After extensive experience with patient populations nationwide, he returned back to his hometown of Houston and became the Medical Director of VMI Sugar Land and was responsible for outpatient vascular access procedures and management for the region. In July 2016 he joined the Renal Clinic of Houston and has provided services to the Memorial and Katy area.
