Brad Weisberger

Brad Weisberger is an experienced legal professional with a track record of performing excellent research and clearly presenting his findings in writing. Mr. Weisberger's background in the legal field ranges from large corporate work to boutique law firm experience. Whether authoring important legal memorandums, such as the one he completed at AT&T Law Division which convinced the FCC to allow a new calling feature to be offered without having to file a complex tariff, to the routine drafting of complaints and motions for experienced attorneys, Mr. Weisberger brings a sharp eye and attention to detail to his work. As the Senior Research and Claims Specialists at ARCHforensic, Mr. Weisberger performs quality control on reports, conducts in-depth research, and assists the Administrative Team in day-to-day operations. Both Mr. Weisberger's graduate and undergraduate work were completed with honors including his master's in public admiration (MPA) in the area of Court Administration which was completed at Seton Hall University. Mr. Weisberger shared his knowledge in several venues including working as an adjunct professor of American Government. He has also given presentations at professional conferences, such as the Regional Middle States Association for Social Studies, where he presented topics connected to the Bill of Rights and government. Mr. Weisberger has been published in a variety of sources ranging from the Wall Street Journal's magazine called Managing Your Career to the Social Science Docket put out by Hofstra University.

Casper G. Huizenga

Casper G. Huizenga is a licensed architect with over 29 years of experience designing projects of diverse scales and typologies. He has extensive experience in programming and site analysis researching and documenting various site limitations such as: topography, zoning, utilities, easements, contextual considerations, traffic patterns, sunlight variations, acoustics, etc. He has schematic design experience preparing and assisting in the production of presentation drawings, material boards and models and participating in the analysis of spatial relationships and related design concepts that would best satisfy the client's programmatic requirements. Mr. Huizenga's design development experience includes initiating the preparation of detailed development drawings from schematic design and engineering documents and calculating variables in accordance with building code requirements such as: numbers and sizes of exits, stair dimensions, fixtures, restrooms, and barrier free accessibility. He also has vast experience preparing and coordinating detailed construction documents, consulting with project architects in the selection of various interior finish materials and collaborating on various projects with associated professionals such as: Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural Engineers and Landscape Architects. Moreover, he has experience participating in the contractor/architect punch list verification and substantial completion inspections and regularly contributing to the analysis and resolution of conflicts pertaining to the construction documents. Mr. Huizenga attended Iowa State University where he earned both his Master of Architecture in 1993 and Bachelor of Arts in Architecture in 1987. He is a licensed architect in New Jersey and is a member of the Environmental Building News.

Christopher D. Ling

Christopher D. Ling is an award-winning Registered Architect and Professional Planner who has been working in the construction industry since 1986. He is licensed in twelve states plus DC and holds a national certification for architecture. He was Chair of the AIA New Jersey Professional Practice Committee and maintains an active design practice. Mr. Ling is a highly experienced architect expert who has written reports in more than 400 construction cases amounting to more than $1 billion in claims and includes providing testimony in multiple mediations, arbitrations and court appearances, including federal court. In addition to his testifying experience, Mr. Ling also leads educational webinars, teaches seminars to the NJ State Bar Association's Construction Law Practice and has been published in various publications. Mr. Ling founded ARCHforensic to assist attorneys and insurance companies with the resolution of their construction litigation claims. He is directly responsible for all litigation support through physical investigations, analysis, report writing and expert witness testimony. Mr. Ling has analyzed all aspects of construction projects to support clients in resolving disputes and litigation. His leadership, knowledge, experience and thorough analysis have been very effective in resolving construction disputes before litigation because of his ability to explain complex design and construction issues in a simple and clear manner. Mr. Ling has managed project risk to avoid potential issues by reviewing and commenting on the construction documents including: drawings, specifications, project controls, schedule, budget and general conditions. He brings his experience in construction litigation to bear on risk analysis to help his clients avoid litigation. His experience includes project design, detailing, code analysis, AIA form contracts, writing quality control manuals, preparing and analyzing master facilities plans, and providing feasibility and master planning studies. He has also performed zoning and code analysis, Value Engineering studies, prepared and reviewed construction documents for quality assurance and quality control. He has prepared specifications and bid documents, provided bid recommendations, and provided construction administration by performing inspections and change order negotiations during the construction of various projects. Cindy Maselko

Cindy Maselko is a Registered Architect with over 30 years of experience. Her work ranges from new single-family residential buildings, residential additions and renovations, to commercial fit-outs, multi-family structures, and light industrial new construction. She has been involved in all aspects of architecture, from schematic design to construction administration. Her work has been published in the NJ StarLedger.

Jennifer Brick

Jennifer Brick is a marketing and business development professional assisting ARCHforensic®️ LLC with its client relations, new business prospecting and marketing initiatives in several geographic locations. Ms. Brick also spends considerable time working on advertising campaigns, event planning, industry networking and company growth strategies. Ms. Brick is actively involved in several chapters of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and has been a member of numerous committees over her 20-year career in the community association industry. She sat on the Board of Trustees for both the Big Apple New York and Pennsylvania/Delaware Valley Chapters, where she concluded her six-year board term as Chapter President in 2017. Over the years, Ms. Brick has been the recipient of several CAI awards for her leadership and commitment. Ms. Brick attended Douglass College at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

Joseph P. DeMaria

Mr. DeMaria has been at the forefront of sustainable design for solar power, completing numerous installations of roof top and ground array projects with the Sun Farm Network. He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). He is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology School of Architecture where he received the Most Outstanding Architectural Student Award in 1980.

Karen Webber

Karen Webber is ARCHforensic®️ LLC's Office Manager who manages accounts payable, receivable and human resources departments. She is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, bookkeeping, Human Resources and overseeing all of ARCHforensic's locations. Ms. Webber has been with the firm for more than three years and brings considerable leadership, organization and communication skills to the team. Ms. Webber graduated from Johnson & Wales University with Business Management degree and has spent her earlier career working in NYC for a famous fashion designer and owned her own business.

Ken Warman

​Ken Warman, CFA, CPA is a strategic and accomplished leader with a history of success developing and managing high performance teams. Mr. Warman led teams as a Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Consulting Practice at Prudential Financial, where he served as a leader for 21 years. As Head of Business Management for ARCHforensic®️, Mr. Warman oversees key business functions including financial, administrative, planning, and operational activities. As a trained leadership coach, Mr. Warman guides the ARCHforensic®️ team in communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills so they deliver strong client outcomes and results. Mr. Warman graduated from Lehigh University's Business School and is actively involved as an alumnus and speaker. He has earned designations as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Leadership Coach. He serves on the Seton Hall University Leadership Program Advisory Council and serves as a financial liaison for the Board of the Drumthwacket Foundation in Princeton, NJ.

Mackenzie Ling

Mackenzie Ling assists in managing day-to-day operations, human resources, marketing and business development. She plays a key role in digital marketing where she manages all social media and email distributions. Mackenzie is well versed in SEO and website maintenance, and is skilled in proofreading and editing. Ms. Ling graduated from Bucknell University, cum laude. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

Mark Cable

Mark Cable, AIA has over 21 years of experience in architecture. He has performed extensive construction oversight of multiple disciplines in residential multifamily buildings including roofing, stucco, EIFS, vinyl and Hardi-plank siding, brick and stone veneer. He has also performed visual and invasive inspections on multi-family buildings for construction deficiencies leading to water infiltration, foundation/slab settlement, structural failures, code compliance among others.

Randi Burdge

Randi Burdge assists in marketing and business development performing client outreach and organizing events. She connects daily with clients, schedules meetings and appointments, and assists colleagues in various everyday responsibilities, in addition to her role in marketing. Ms. Burdge graduated from Kutztown University, cum laude. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Public Relations. Moreover, Ms. Burdge has eight years of client interaction experience due to her professional background in cosmetic sales and banking.

Ronald A. Mueller

Ronald Mueller, CSI, CCS, CCCA applies his skills and experience developed over a 30+ year career in building design and construction to serve clients in need of forensic investigations and project analysis for building problems, construction claims, and remediation. As Senior Consultant, Mr. Mueller plans and conducts building investigations, performs building code and industry standard research, analyzes construction documents and architectural drawings, prepares expert reports, develops construction details, prepares construction specifications and bid documents, and conducts construction oversight as a construction contract administrator. A member of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), Mr. Mueller earned the credentials of Certified Construction Specifier, and Certified Construction Contract Administrator. Additionally, he is a member of RCI and the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and an Infraspection Institute Certified Infrared Thermographer. With his experience and continuing education activities, Mr. Mueller applies his knowledge of building science and construction materials and methods to investigation and analysis of the building envelope as well as repairs and improvements of the buildings and structures.

Stacy Ling

Stacy Ling is a retired attorney and accomplished blogger with significant SEO, website design and social media skills. Her success in marketing and communications stems from her legal background and prior work experience together with her active involvement in the local community. As Head of Marketing and Communications for ARCHforensic®️ LLC, Ms. Ling oversees key functions including developing and implementing branding strategies, website design, writing articles, newsletters, web content and press releases, as well as editing copy, overseeing print and on-line advertising, and managing social media sharing. Ms. Ling's vast legal, blogging and marketing experience guides the ARCHforensic®️ marketing team in overall messaging and branding. Ms. Ling graduated from Kean University with a Bachelor or Science in Management Science. She also graduated from Seton Hall Law School with a Juris Doctor and passed the New Jersey State Bar Exam shortly after graduating law school. After graduation, Ms. Ling clerked for the Tax Court of New Jersey and worked as a Senior Tax Consultant for Deloitte and Touche, LLP before taking some time off to raise her family. During that "time off", Ms. Ling was actively involved in both the PTO and several youth sports organizations managing their websites and marketing events. Her return to the workplace began at a local private school in marketing and communications, before assisting with the start-up of ARCHforensic®️LLC. Timothy P. Ronan

Mr. Ronan is a testifying expert in Errors and Omissions, Construction Defects, Delay and Damages claims.
