ASAP was founded in 2010 by long-time AIDS and women's health and rights advocate, Robin Gorna. Since February 2015, ASAP is led by a virtual team - Hilary Nkulu based in Pretoria, South Africa and Susan ‘Sue' Perez based in Hanoi, Vietnam. Hilary and Sue together combine over 30 years of experience working on issues related to maternal and child health, reproductive health and family planning, gender-based violence and gender equality, HIV and TB.
