Clarissa Steele studies equity in organizations. The goal of her research is to understand how individual perceptions affect diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in the workplace. Although her primary research interest focuses on gender equity, she also studies the impact on organizations of board of directors, CEO, and top management team diversity as well as perceptions around pay.

Kristy Hoover is an Early Career Recruiter for Koch Industries located in Wichita, Kansas. Kristy graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance in May 2017. Lindsey is a third generation K-Stater and a huge K-State sports fan. She enjoys running, cooking, working on home renovation projects and spending time with her husband, son, and their black lab, Bentley. Lindsey supervises the advising assistants in the Student Success Center. She is the advisor for the honors students in the College of Business and is the liaison to the Entrepreneurship major. Lindsey also works closely with International Students transitioning out of the English Language Program as well as exchange students studying at K-State. She was the recipient of the Kansas State Bank Outstanding Advisor Award in May 2016. Lindsey serves on the University Advising Committee and she is a member of NACADA (National Academic Advisors Association).
