Amanda's priority is to create an environment where our people can thrive. She is a passionate advocate for enabling teams. Amanda brings extensive HR experience from a range of industries including banking, fintech, travel, and gaming. At interactive entertainment company King, Amanda was part of the People team that supported the company's journey from start-up, through IPO, to acquisition.

Charles is a technology entrepreneur, and our founder and Executive Chairman. He has extensive executive experience in financial services across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Previously he was the Co-Founder and CEO of MarketFinance, a business finance company that has raised over $59m in funding. Before that, he was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan Cazanove. When he was 16, Charles founded the world's largest student discussion forum, The Student Room Group. Charles holds an MA in Politics from Trinity College Cambridge and an MSc in Management, Strategy, and Finance from the LSE.
Elizabeth leads our fast-growing global marketing function. Her work includes brand development, product marketing, and thought leadership, among other things. She brings many years of payments and technology experience. Before joining ComplyAdvantage, Elizabeth launched marketing in the U.S. for payment and shopping service Klarna. She has also worked in senior account development and marketing roles for American Express. Elizabeth began her career launching home product categories for Amazon. Elizabeth is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from the University of Michigan.
Mark leads the company's technology team in developing and running world-class technology. Mark has over 30 years' experience in large companies and start-ups, several of which he co-founded and built from scratch. Immediately before ComplyAdvantage, he was CTO at WorldRemit, a leading cross-border digital payments service that providing international money transfer and remittance services across a worldwide network. Mark has a BA in Politics from the University of Nottingham, UK
Mohsin is our Chief Revenue Officer. Before joining us, he worked at OANDA for eight years. He started his career in the customer success and product teams there, and went on to build the company's treasury function. In his last role at OANDA, Mohsin served as Chief Customer Officer, managing AMER and APAC commercial targets alongside the business intelligence division.
Nabeel has over 15 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. Prior to ComplyAdvantage, Nabeel was a Managing Director and Head of EMEA FinTech at Moelis & Company. He started his career at Citigroup covering the European financial services sector. Nabeel specialised in advising high-growth FinTech and financial services firms on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and capital markets transactions. He holds a Masters in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London.

Oliver has a proven track record of success with global innovative businesses in a number of industries and segments and is a highly experienced leader with high growth global businesses with a talent for identifying and growing product teams. Oliver has over 15 years of experience in product management. Most recently, he led the product, design and user experience teams at dojo, and has also worked in product management across global online companies such as Aconex, Xero, Wise.
Paul is making sure the workflows of our users are as easy and intuitive as possible. He previously worked in M&A at J.P. Morgan Cazenove and in infrastructure investing at BlackRock. He has led product design teams working on user on-boarding for HSBC Private Banking and transaction platform HSBCnet. Paul's experience also includes roles in user experience design and brand strategy.
Rob runs our Transaction Monitoring and Screening business line. He leads with empathy, understanding the needs of our customers and the challenges they face. Rob has experience building and running compliance and operations functions within growing companies. He was previously COO at Osper, a mobile banking platform for young people, and has many years of experience in fintech and regtech.
Vatsa is our CEO. He has deep expertise in driving growth in financial institutions and fintechs. Vatsa was previously COO at ComplyAdvantage. Prior to joining ComplyAdvantage, he served as the President and CEO of electronic trading and foreign exchange fintech OANDA. He joined OANDA from The Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
