Alina is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University at Buffalo. Alina then moved down to Baltimore, Maryland to begin her career as a Registered Nurse at Johns Hopkins Hospital. While in Baltimore, Alina successfully completed her Doctorate degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Maryland.

Ashley Walton Nurse

Ashley Walton, FNP-C graduated with honors from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with her bachelor's of science in Nursing Degree and began her career as a Neonatal intensive care and mother-baby nurse in Hershey, Pennsylvania. She knew early on in the start of her career that she would eventually pursue her education further to become an advanced practice nurse. She relocated to New York and obtained her Master's of Science from Georgetown University and became a board certified nurse practitioner. Ashley feels it is a great privilege to be able to help guide patients along their healthcare journey.

Dr. Douglas Bailyn

Douglas Bailyn, MD is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He is an Attending Physician in the Department of Internal Medicine at NYU and the Department of Internal Medicine/Division of Nephrology at Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Bailyn is also an Instructor at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Bailyn is the official physician to the Consulate general of Switzerland in New York. Dr. Bailyn attended the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He completed residency in Internal Medicine at The Beth Israel Medical Center and Fellowship in Nephrology at SUNY Downstate and Kings County Hospital. Dr. Bailyn's resume is as eclectic as his practice. While attending Rutgers University he worked with developmentally disabled adults. Upon graduation, he moved to New York City where he helped establish one of four pilot housing sites for the homeless mentally ill. Dr. Bailyn then attended the Albert Einstein College of Medicine during which time he began to focus his academic interests on primary care medicine. During his residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in NYC he was able to take time off to do basic science research in the lab of Dr. Victor Schuster Chair of Internal Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine where he studied the Prostaglandin Transporter (PGT). Dr. Bailyn went on to a fellowship in Nephrology at SUNY Downstate and Kings County Hospital where he was awarded the Man S. Oh Award for intellectual curiosity and academic excellence. Dr. Bailyn has been in private practice since 2005. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife, daughter and son.

Katrina Guzman Nurse

Katrina Guzman, MSN, FNP-C is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Master's of Science in Nursing in 2017. Katrina first started her career as a Nurse Practitioner in the specialty of hematology and oncology care. She has transitioned her career to focus on health promotion and disease prevention. She is dedicated to delivering high quality, patient centered care.
