Aileen is DiMatteo Financial Group's director of Human Resources and Administration. She received a BA from Hunter College, City University of New York, and, after moving to Pennsylvania, she joined Wellington Management Company™ as a research librarian.
She received an MBA from Temple University and was promoted to assistant vice president, manager of administration, and then research assistant, providing analysis of companies and industries as requested by senior analysts. Wellington was the predecessor to The Vanguard Group and, at that time, shared many services, including research and analysis of companies to include in the original Vanguard funds.
She has worked for National Media Corp™, an infomercial company, as director of human resources and administration. Also, she worked for Electronics Boutique™ (EB Games™) as director of human resources until the company was acquired by GameStop™.
Aileen spent two years as executive director of the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce, promoting membership and awareness of the chamber's activities. She lives in Kennett Square and is president of her own consulting company.
John is the president and chief compliance officer for DiMatteo Financial Group. He is a former marine who has extensive experience working with Vanguard mutual funds and ETFs. John worked for the Vanguard Group for more than ten years where he served as a brokerage associate, certified Vanguard trainer, and brokerage supervisor.
John has educated many Vanguard employees and thousands of clients with their investments. He graduated from West Chester University with a BS degree in Business Management. John holds the Series 66 licenses and is licensed to sell health and life insurance. John is a former US Marine and is a member of the American Legion in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, and the Marine Corps League.
As a volunteer, John is an active contributor to Toys for Tots™ and member of the Lions Club of Kennett Square and a Freemason. He is also a member of the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce. His great love is coaching soccer.
Kurt is an insurance agent for DiMatteo Financial Group. Born and raised in Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania, Kurt has more than 15 years of financial experience, with more than a decade in the mortgage industry. Kurt attended Valley Forge Military Academy and earned his BS in Business Management from the Pennsylvania State University. Kurt is a licensed insurance agent offering life and health coverage. He enjoys coaching soccer and spending time with his wife, Brandy, and three boys, Chase, Brady, and Shane.
Bill works in association with DiMatteo Financial Group handling estates, trusts, and wills. A partner in the law firm of Howell & Howell in Kennett Square, Bill represents clients in federal and state court throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and has been involved in a broad range of cases, including real estate, trusts, and wills.
He earned his Juris Doctorate at Widener Law School. Bill, who resides with his family in Southern Chester County, is also a proud Eagle Scout.
