Edward K. Fehlig

A native Missourian with roots in St. Louis and Kansas City, Edward has been practicing law for 20 years. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Missouri and Texas (inactive), as well as in federal court in the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri and the District of Kansas; and is a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a fluent reader, writer and speaker in Spanish and French having lived in Spain, France, Mexico and Central America. He has worked in St. Louis, Kansas City, New York City, San Antonio and Cape Girardeau. He also taught a legal course at a university in El Salvador and interned for the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Mexico City. He attended St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas where he graduated at the top of his class, wrote for the school's law review and worked as a student attorney with the law school's immigration clinic. During law school, he worked as an intern for U.S. Magistrate Judge Noce and interned at a prestigious San Antonio law firm. Ed earned his undergraduate degree from the American University of Paris and also studied at St. Louis University in Madrid, Spain. He has clerked for the Missouri Court of Appeals and worked for the Missouri State Public Defender's office. Ed is active in community volunteerism. He is active with the Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts and was on the Board at The St. Vincent Home for Children, The Arts and Treasures of Latin America and The Young Friends of the Shakespeare Festival.

Enrique Marin
