Eddie "EJ" Jones Jr. is an A&R Assistant at Atlantic Records as well as Founder & CEO of First Class Management & Rocboys Media. He received his bachelors degree in both Audio Engineer & Business Management at The University Of Houston & Media Tech Institute (Houston, TX). Before working in the music industry professionally, EJ learned valuable knowledge while interning at Music World Entertainment (Houston, TX), JRH Entertainment (Hollywood, CA), as well as Atlantic Records (New York City, NY). Over the recent years, EJ has established himself as an young entrepreneur, excelling in many industry avenues such as artist management, artist development, engineering, producing, music arranging, song-writing, & artist consulting. Mr. Jones host several major Industry showcases across the country which allows unsigned artists the platform to be heard by Industry A&Rs and Executives. EJ has worked closely with some of the top unsigned artists in the country as well as established artists including Jonn Hart ("Who Booty"), InkMonstarr ("Bang Yo Set" ft/ Nipsey Hussle) , Sahyba ("Marco Polo"), The Rangers, ("Touchdown" ft/ Soulja Boy & Kid Ink), & serving as road manager for The Rej3ctz ("Cat Daddy") . EJ has recently collaborated with Platinum Recording Artist, Mann ("Buzzin" & "Return Of The Mack"), to help establish Mann's NEW PeaceLife Music brand. In September 2013, EJ became Head Engineer & Studio Manager for Ideation Recording Studios (Studio City, CA). The workload increased as EJ became part of the music management team for singer/song-writer, Brooke Valentine ("Girl Fight") as well as for Jazz Singer-Songwriter, Dana. The future seems bright for Mr. Jones and the entire First Class & Rocboys Media empire!

Jabari Buck

Jabari Buck is the lifelong friend of C.E.O, EJ Jones. He is a producer, writer, poet, tech support specialist, businessman and last but not least the consultant for "The First Class." He produced his first album in 2004 titled: "The Pentagon," a classic in the city of Greenville, Mississippi. Since then he has teamed with BlaqueClubENT & major underground artists in the south to support the "SippHop Movement." He was also the Co-Producer of "So Tired Of Love" by J-Dolla a smash hit waiting to be heard.

Mark Banks

Mark Banks was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, son of a Doctor and Lawyer, and step son of abstract expressionist artist. Mark is Administrative Assistant to The First Class & Rocboys Media CEO, EJ Jones, as well as an inspired Hip-Hop artist, promoter, and visionary. Throughout Mark's entire life, he has been taught to think outside the box and have since forgotten the box ever existed. Mark is not only an creative individual, but also a very logical businessman. Mr. Banks finds that a healthy balance of creativity and logic are the proper diet for creating an successful future. Mark brings to the table a myriad of experience in promotions, the arts, and especially in performance. In addition, Mark has dedicated himself to learning and expanding while creating new possibilities for himself and others. Mark hopes to change the world and be able to inspire other individuals to do the same. Through consistent assessment and learning, Mark feels that any goal can be achieved. Mark intend to hold myself and others to a high standard so that the result maybe be immaculate.

Nicole Fisher

Nicole Marie Fisher is a La born, southern bred, valley girl with a passion for the "Art of Storytelling". After attending Birmingham High School she went on to earn her Bachelor's degree from CSUN's Cinema TV Arts, production program. Immediately after college she began working for major TV networks like Jewish Life TV but soon decided to continue her education in the legal field. She began working on her Juris Doctorate degree in 2012, with an emphasis being entertainment law. While taking a year off from school she joined the RocBoys Media family. She is currently Director of Production which encompasses writing, directing and producing. Her major claim to fame is her undying commitment to community as she spends most of her time working with at risk youth, and advocating issues that plague low-income communities. Her favorite motto is, "Changing the way the world sees one screen at a time".
