Clarisse is a finance professional with over 15 years of experience in investment banking, debt and equity capital markets across Southeast Asia. Since joining FCCM in 2008, Clarisse has closed over US$6 billion in transactions and currently manages the relationships with the firm's key clients. Prior to joining FCCM, Clarisse worked as an analyst for Amalgamated Investment Bancorporation focused on mezzanine financings.
Clarisse graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a B.S. degree in Management Engineering.

Danny has over 30 years of experience in investment banking, debt and equity capital markets, private equity and special situations, specializing in emerging markets and Southeast Asia. He is currently also president and founder of Fortman Cline Capital Markets, an investment advisory firm focused on providing M&A and capital raising advisory to mid-to-large sized corporate clients and owner-managed businesses across the region. Under Fortman Cline, Danny has advised on over US$18 billion of completed transactions since 2008, leading Fortman Cline to becoming ranked as the top M&A firm in the Philippines and top 5 in Southeast Asia.
Danny was previously head of Asian Capital Markets and Southeast Asian Investment Banking for Bear Stearns and Co. in Singapore and Hong Kong. Prior to Bear Stearns, Danny was a senior investment officer at Hambrecht and Quist. Danny also spent 12 years with the Bank of Boston in the United States, Latin America and Asia.
Danny received his undergraduate degrees from De La Salle University and took his graduate studies at Harvard University.

Gary is Managing Director and co-founder of Fortman Cline Capital Markets. He has over 25 years of corporate finance and capital markets experience.
Gary was formerly the President and CEO of Amalgamated Investment Bancorporation. He has extensive investment banking credentials, having been with J.P. Morgan in New York, Hong Kong and London. He was Vice President and co-Head of J.P. Morgan's Telecom/Media/Technology Investment Banking practice for Emerging Asia, a group he co-founded and helped build.
Gary finished his Doctorate in Philosophy at the University of Leeds, England, in 1991. He graduated from De La Salle University, Manila, in 1986 with a degree in Philosophy and Business Management.
