This company started working primarily in the house flipping industry focusing on single family residences in the southwestern states. Guss Investment Group now partners with numerous individuals and companies in the residential home flipping industry throughout the United States... This experience in the real estate market introduced Guss Investment Group to the "paper" world and the theory of buying and selling notes. Starting with a small number of senior liens, Guss Investment Group helped its original borrowers avoid the plague of foreclosures and uncertainty sweeping the nation. Most recently, Guss Investment Group has started acquiring junior liens, allowing us to expand our expertise to a larger base of borrowers in need of help.
