Michael Henley is the president of Henley Contracting Ltd. As an experienced General Contractor, Michael knows how to navigate through the intricacies of development, municipal regulations, and the building code. This has resulted in his reputation as a renowned custom home builder who has been responsible for some of the most impressive properties in the Durham Region and the City of Kawartha Lakes. With 30 years of hands-on experience, Michael specializes in Custom Homes, Additions, and Renovation projects. This valuable experience and knowledge base enables Michael to offer exceptional insight and expertise to his customers.
Michael and the team at Henley Contracting Ltd. also have extensive experience in the design and construction of Waterfront Estates. Henley Contracting Ltd. ensures that customers receive the personal touch of this family-based business to bring their dreams to fruition and create a home for their families to enjoy for generations.
As Project Manager for the Henley Contracting team, Nick's focus is on project design, estimating, obtaining permits/approvals, and assisting with the construction implementation. Nick is a licensed professional engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from McMaster University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree. Nick's previous career as a Civil Engineer focused on project management for various Home Building and Land Development projects throughout the Durham Region. Nick's wide range of experience and skills provide him with an understanding of all aspects of the Henley Contracting and Henley Homes projects, which allows him to be actively involved in all facets of the business operation.
