After being away for 10 years, Ashley returned to Rosetown with her husband Boyd to raise their family. They have two daughters and a shared love for running, travel, and spending time with family and friends at the lake and the rink.

Boyd Kampen - Founder, President

As co-founder and president, Boyd oversees all business functions and plays an active roll in operations by ensuring everything is running smoothly. Read Full Bio +× Close Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Boyd is a dual ticketed journeyman electrician and instrumentation technician with years of practical experience in oil & gas, commercial and industrial construction across the prairies. Growing up on the family farm was where Boyd learned to operate machinery and fix equipment, this was followed by an interest in the trades. He spent his early construction years in Saskatoon, proceeded by a lengthy period in Calgary, then moving back to his hometown of Rosetown in 2010 to co-found Impact Energy Services with his business partner Tyler Gilchrist.

Dean Derksen

Dion Harrabek

Dion leads up our service team and is responsible for the management of our service department in West Central Sask. His sectors include oilfield, agriculture, as well as our CSA panel shop. With over 25 years working in the electrical industry - Dion knows his way around a circuit board. "My dad ran a small construction company he was a plumber and carpenter so I started working for him when I was very young. He always told me I could read a tape measure before I could read English." Prior to joining Impact, Dion worked for a number of top electrical contracting firms including Kondro Electric, Cargill, and Guest Controls - to name a few and this experience has proven invaluable to our team at Impact. "I strive to keep a positive attitude, not to make rash decisions, be open-minded and try to learn something new every day."

Jordan Kammer

Jordan provides resources and assistance throughout the lifecycle of any Impact team member; working closely with all of Impact's team to ensure career plans are on track, training programs are in place and performance management systems are up to date. Read Full Bio +× Close Born and raised in Rosetown, Jordan holds a Human Resources Management certificate from Sask Polytech and has 7 years of experience in the field. Jordan holds many academic and work accomplishments, but what makes him a perfect fit for this role at Impact Energy is his ongoing dedication to supporting community. Jordan has been a Kinsmen member in the community for over a decade, has spent many years serving on the Kinsmen Provincial Board, and has previously held the title of Kin Governor of Saskatchewan (2018-2019). He is also a longtime member of the Telemiracle Foundation. Count on Jordan to find solutions for any challenge that comes his way; ensuring those solutions are executed strategically and efficiently.

With over 20 years of experience in the electrical field, Mike is a Journeyman Electrician and a Gold Seal in Electrical Project Management. Ryan Spiller
