IVORY SWPPP

​Each Ivory project that disturbs one acre or greater or is in part of a common plan of development has its own permit (NOI) and storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) that is managed on a regular basis to prevent pollution from leaving the site boundaries.  Ivory site superintendents serve as Site Storm water Compliance Managers in a dual role to help protect our waters and natural habitats.  Ivory also utilizes Storm water Compliance Managers that work to train and support the efforts of Site Storm Water Compliance Managers and subcontractors in the field.  We work on a regular basis to ensure onsite best management practices (BMPs - i.e., silt fence, inlet protection, concrete washout bins, etc.) are in place and doing their job while also watching for pollutants and pollutant sources in order to control them.  We are all involved with taking care of regular action items that keeps our sites in full compliance.
