(JIPPL), Lusa Private Limited (LUSA) and Surya Soft-Tech Limited (SURYA). The Scheme of Merger was duly filed with the SEBI and Hon'ble High Court/NCLT and has been approved by the Hon'ble NCLT after five years in the year 2018 vide its order dated 08.06.2018.
