Alice is Climate FORTH's Youth and Community Engagement Project Officer. She oversees delivery of Objective 1: Supporting the resilience of communities to climate and other change. Alice has a Masters degree in Environmental History from the University of St Andrews and has previously worked in a green tech startup, museums and libraries, and the student movement. When she isn't engaging communities and young people in the project's work, she enjoys foraging, crafting and going to trad music festivals.

James began as the Climate FORTH Project Manager in October 2023 and is very excited to see the impacts the project will have on local communities and heritage in relation to their climate resilience throughout Climate FORTH's delivery. James is responsible for overseeing the Climate FORTH project as a whole, but also specifically elements of Objective 2 relating to an increase of heritage resilience and training.
James graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a BSc Honours Degree in Animal Conservation Science. Some of his first roles were with the RSPB undertaking fieldwork before embarking on an 11-year position with the wildlife charity Froglife. During this time James worked on, or managed, six unique projects across Scotland focussed on habitat creation & restoration outputs and community engagement.

Laura is the Communications Project Officer for Climate FORTH, looking after social media, the project website and internal and external media relations.
She is passionate about the written and spoken word and, after graduating with a masters degree in Scottish Literature and Media Studies, she worked in print media, television and the music industry for over ten years. A career change led her to work on several heritage projects before working at Climate FORTH. Outside of work, Laura is a keen birder, reader, hillwalker and musician.

Rebecca is the project's Finance Officer and Administrator.
She has been working with the Climate FORTH since the beginning of the Development Phase and supports the whole project team and wider IFF partnership.
After a decade of working in education, Rebecca brings a wealth of experience from working with families and communities, as well as a love of animals and the outdoors, to the team.

Will is the Visitor and Business Engagement Project Officer for Climate FORTH. He oversees the delivery of Objective 3, including the revitalisation of the 'Round the Inner Forth' Cycle Route, business training, event organisation, and the running of the Inner Forth Bike Bus.
Will has a Masters in Heritage Visualisation from Glasgow School of Art, and has a keen interest in the promotion of local heritage. In the past, he has worked on different projects for museums, making use of technology to increase accessibility and engagement with heritage sites and collections.
Outside of work, Will enjoys cooking, gaming, and walking his dog, Graham.
