Marci is also a fierce advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion within the design industry as the founder of Black Digital Designers, a professional development community to improve design skills and business acumen for creative professionals in order to increase earnings and decrease economic disparity within the Black community. She is also involved in the community as a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated, Global African Business Association and Dell Women's Entrepreneur Network. Marci also gives back to the community as a marketing mentor through Acadium.
