CHARLIE WILSON Installer Charlie has joined Matthew Oliver as an apprentice, which underpins the MO ethos of always finding new ways to grow and evolve. Charlie is full of enthusiasm, character, and eagerness to learn a new trade . In his spare time Charlie has a passion for football whether that is playing for his local team or watching it on TV with his friends.

Chris has been with us for the last four years, and loves seeing the results of how our doors and windows transform our customer's homes. Chris loves attending concerts, seeing the world and spending time with his family.
Connor Bugby Installer Connor is our ‘hands-on' window installer, who loves a bit of banter. He is a big personality within the MO Windows team and always gets the job done with a smile on his face. Our customers all praise Connor's politeness-and his impeccable time-keeping. When he is not installing windows, Connor likes to stretch his legs and get a change of scenery.
Estelle is at the heart of our team and is always ready to learn something new to evolve our service. She also enjoys exploring the UK countryside in her motorhome-and has also ventured much further afield to Borneo to visit an Orangutan sanctuary!
Graeme Robinson Installer Energetic Graeme likes a challenge, and gets a real buzz out of meeting our customers when installing their windows and doors. In his free time Graeme plays and watches cricket - and takes the plunge into the river to partake in a spot of wild swimming.
James Ireland Installer James fills his spare time watching football, working out, walks with the dog, games and eating Italian food. He has been an installer for 8 years and continuing to gain acknowledge, he enjoys being hands on and working in different types of homes.
James Pearson Installer James has been an installer for 9 years, he always welcomes customers and colleagues with a big smile on his face. In his spare time, he loves nothing more than playing football and fishing.
James Sperling Installer James joined our installation team in 2021 and says that working locally as part of a friendly team is the best part of his job. Outside of his day job, you can usually find James relaxing on the golf course - or at the 19th hole! Our animal-loving James also used to own a large pet pig.
Jim Madden Installer Jim is a big fan of the great outdoors, so he thinks that working outside in the sun is one of the best things about being a window installer. He enjoys nothing better than keeping fit and cycling and talented Jim is also a pilot and flew his first solo journey aged just 16.
Kieran Abbott Installer Kieran is coming up to his 11 th year in the industry. In his spare time loves to play golf and his ultimate holiday destination would be the Caribbean …. One day!
Matthew Burt - Founder, Managing Director
Matthew is the founder of MO Windows, who has built a like-minded team who are all dedicated to exceeding customer's expectations. Heading up a busy team doesn't leave much free time - but Matthew enjoys spending his free time with his family. He also enjoys a crafty pint at his local and good music - just don't ask him to sing along… you have been warned!
Mervyn has been in the industry for an impressive 28 years working as a representative and manager. Mervyn has been part of the Matthew Oliver team for some time now and finds it very refreshing that everyone is dedicated to customer satisfaction and workmanship. Mervyn's friendly and warm approach makes meeting new people everyday the best part of his job.
Nicola has been an integral part of the Mo Windows team since day one! She loves keeping busy - which is just as well as she manages all our finance and HR functions. When she's not in the office, she enjoys following Formula 1… and working some more!
Sociable Sharon loves the variety of tasks that her role brings, and the day to day bustle of a busy office. When she is not organising the team, she can be found in the countryside enjoying long walks with her dog.
Busy Stacey loves learning new things - which makes her our go-to person who ensures our business is always evolving. Stacey is a vital team member who keeps us all in order! Away from the office she enjoys walking her dog, eating out with her family, and curling up on the sofa with a glass of wine and a Netflix box set.

Steve keeps our good inwards department running like clockwork - and still finds the time to keep his hand in with installations too! Keen runner Steve has also completed the London Marathon in a rather impressive four hours.
Wayne Whittaker Installer Wayne is one of our longstanding fitters, having joined the team in 2015. He quotes ‘working with a good bunch of lads and lasses' as the best part of his job. He's also a DIY enthusiast and a keen angler - and has a golfing trophy for getting a hole in one.
