In 1982, Randy and Linda Motley planted 2,000 Christmas trees as the beginning of Motley's Tree Farm. Randy's parents, Ralph and Darlene, helped them with the planting, and by 1986, the Motley's were operating three farms in Arkansas: Tar Camp Christmas tree farm in Redfield, Willow Springs Christmas tree farm in Little Rock, and a wholesale Christmas tree farm in Hensley. They had nearly 30,000 trees in production...
