The first and only traditional pilates studio in Central Arkansas, The Pilates Studio of Little Rock opened September 8, 2003, and is located in Prospect Terrace within the same center as The Full Moon. This light and bright space is equipped with three PMA Pilates Certified instructors, a mat studio, springboard studio, and an equipment studio. We have mats, Magic Circles, stability balls and towels available to our clients. At The Pilates Studio of Little Rock we offer group mat classes and private, semi-private and small group instruction on the equipment...
