Mr. Sharma has retired from Indian Army after serving the nation his vast and disciplined experience has helped the company to create a dedicated disciplined team. Mr. Sharma heads the operations team. His critical responsibilities are heading the large workforce, ensures a disciplined team and time to time training of the manpower to make them suitable for the current market requirements.
Jay Shankar Tiwari is founder director of the company and having more than 25 years of experience in the field of Security, Facility Management and Manpower Outsourcing. He had worked with some of renowned facility management service companies before Pal Facility
