Many of you have shared that you are not ready to come back to in person classes. We are happy to support you in your home with our online yoga classes - there are seven classes a week to choose from! If you would like some support in getting online for yoga classes, email us - info@rehobothbeachyoga.com. Kushala or Rajni will be happy to set up a time to help you with that. We can cover what you can use for propping, zoom training, and camera placement. Don't be daunted by technology - it's amazing how effectively Grace travels through the computer!
