Phil came out to evaluate a door that I thought needed more repair than necessary and the solution ended up being an easy self fix. I am thankful that he let me know that the fixes could easily be done without a professional's help. He saved me money and has honesty and integrity that you dont find often. He also drove 25-30 minutes to my location to provide a free estimate. This will be the repair/renovation guy I will call everytime in the future...
