Richland Investment Holdings (Richland IH) is an investment holding company founded by Myles Rennie, Roelf Alberts, and Max Kane-Berman. Richland accumulates capital from investors through various investment partnerships and allocates that capital to one of its four distinct investment asset classes. All investment decisions made are based on thorough analysis, with the aim of protecting investment capital, with the objective of yielding high returns... Richland IH aims to deliver returns that outperform our benchmark, the JSE, over the long-term in all our chosen asset classes...
