In an industry that is ever changing and now the center of the American mindset; it is important to have a representative that can be a trustworthy source of information, as well as a guide to the best possible plan personally tailored to meet each individual. Health insurance and the Health Care Reform is often a challenging subject to keep up to date on current policies and practices. Starting in this industry at the young age of 20, along with a forerunner in the up and coming Health Care boom was the most beneficial way to start my career. I began receiving mentoring from highly recognized professionals, giving me the inside access and hands on experience that has proven to be invaluable. Through partnerships, we have access to virtually all insurers, and the ability to provide clients with copious options to best fit them. I have a strong drive for helping people, especially in a time as trivial as these where finding the right information can be difficult as a consumer. Joe brings a successful career of over 35 years as an insurance company representative, consultant and broker with an emphasis on employee elective benefits. The focus of his career has been product development and the creation of distribution systems. Joe has held officer level positions at some of the leading insurance companies and consulting firms. Joe brings a philosophy that the offering of elective benefits is our way to help the vastly neglected lower paid employees, often in remote areas, with guaranteed issue benefits that are unavailable other than in a worksite offering. Joe believes that the lower paid employees, and their families, deserve basic financial planning assistance that is often not provided. Joe most recently held regional broker development positions with Colonial Life. He also held vice president positions at Transamerica, Marsh, Aon and G.E. Capital. He was the Regional Practice Leader for Unum as their vice president of the offices in the western states. With a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology, she spent the last 5 years of her career serving in multiple consulting and administrative roles throughout the educational system. Mia prides herself in working to help meet the needs of others and conducting business with integrity and passion. Spending time in the educational realm, she worked with a wide range of people and brings a diverse background to the insurance team. His wide range of experience in all aspects of business from the creation of a company, financing stable growth patterns, managing the development of a sales force, and reacting in business downturns have provided Mike with tested solutions to virtually all business challenges. His experience includes services as a majority owner and CEO in which a companies revenue saw growth of over 5400% during his tenure.

Shane Hillier

Grew up in the Lake Oswego, Oregon area with a passion for the contractors and small businesses owners. Attended Simpson University in Redding California, and graduated with a degree In Business. While at Simpson, I was on the baseball team on an athletic Scholarship and became team captain. On June 14th 2009 I married my beautiful Wife Carly. After Graduating Simpson moved back to Oregon and opened RoHillCo Insurance Services. I strive to offer the best service, as well as price to my clients while piecing together a plan that both best covers the insured as well as maximizes there cost. With the love and passion of the work contractors do, my goal is to maximize there insurance dollars to best protect there work, but also caring about the longevity of there business.
