We provide a cottage at standards fit for allergy sufferers therefore all pets are, without exception, not accommodated for... Our cottage and garden are for non-smokers only. We are providing standards fit for allergy sufferers... The heat recovery system helps to meet targets of low energy consumption but also importantly keeps the home fresh and dry removing condensation and dust, ideal for those who may have an allergy such as asthma or hay fever. It also helps prevent steamy mirrors in the bathroom. We are pleased that we are able to offer self catering accommodation more suited to asthma and allergy sufferers and therefore have a strict non-smoking, no pets policy. Sorgente does not ‘suffer' from damp like so many traditional granite cottages in Cornwall, this is thanks to the heat recovery system, it is therefore not necessary to ‘ventilate' the house by leaving windows open and thereby losing heat.
