Seniorline is a national information service to help older people and their whanau navigate the health system. It is funded by all 20 District Health Boards in New Zealand. Seniorline provides information to assist older people to make decisions about staying at home, support for carers and residential care. If you can't find the information you are looking for on this site, you can call Seniorline on 0800 725 463... Seniorline is contracted by all New Zealand District Health Boards as an information service to assist older people to navigate the health system. Information includes how to get help to stay at home and support services for caregivers. Seniorline also advise on the process for entry to rest home, dementia or hospital care, funding and the services that should be provided.
