Silver Wing is a boutique winery located in North Canterbury, Waipara. We are dedicated to using natural production methods, producing unfined, unfiltered, preservative-free, vegan wines with handpicked grapes from our organic vineyards. We get our hands on the entire process from vine to bottle... Our first vintage was released in 2010. Since 2014, Silver Wing has been making unfined, unfiltered, preservative-free wines with no additives from hand-picked organically-grown grapes. The team takes care of everything from vine to bottle.
