The Strategic Group was founded in 1996 as a boutique, multi-national private equity firm that acquires, invests in, develops and successfully operates companies across a multitude of diverse industry types, with its core competency being technology, bioscience, fintech and hedge fund industries... The Strategic Group PR is the asset management arm of The Strategic Group, which was relocated to PR because of new laws targeting private equity and hedge funds, Acts 20, 22, and 273 now Act 60. TSG was one of the first participants to relocate their firm here.
