Abdo Almostafa is an M&E Operations Manager at Trust where he overviews and coordinates the activities and training of data collectors and field researchers in Syria, Turkey and Iraq.Abdo graduated in Electronic Engineering, with a BSc from Aleppo Private University and an MSc from Aleppo University. Abdo has worked at all levels of Monitoring & Evaluation for Trust Consultancy & Development for various projects across the Middle East. Prior to Trust, he worked as an M&E Manager and Capacity Trainer for GOAL Syria, where he led and coordinated the activities of over 50 data collectors and deputy managers.

Anum Shafique is the Human Ressources and Partner Relationship Officer at Trust and working within the company since 2021.She is a Doctor in Pharmacy from the University of Lahore, Pakistan, since 2014, and later graduated from NOHA's of a Master's degree in International Humanitarian Action, pursued at Uppsala University in Sweden, in 2021.Now based in Lisbon, Portugal, she previously worked as a Community Pharmacist and Manager Regulatory Affairs in Lahore, Pakistan. Her fields of specialisation are Human Ressources, Public Health, Gender-Based Violence and Cash and Voucher Assistance.Anum speaks Urdu, English and Punjabi fluently.

Fahad Bin Haibat is the Regional Director of Trust Consultancy & Development's South Asia consultancy chapter, based in Islamabad, Pakistan, and inaugurated in 2022.Fahad graduated from a Bachelor in Law from the Gomal University, and pursued a career as an expert in Capacity Building and Development in the humanitarian and development sectors in Pakistan for several international and national NGOs.Pakistani Egyptian dual nationality holder, Fahad speaks six languages fluently: Punjabi, Pashto, Urdu, English, Arabic and Sindhi.

Lea Lyngø is a Project Manager in Trust Third-Party Monitoring and Research Department assisting with all stages of the project cycle.Lea graduated from a BSc in Anthropology from the Aarhus University with a focus on South Asia Studies, and from an MA in International Humanitarian Action from Uppsala University, with a specialization in Forced Migration and Human Security.Before entering the aid sector, Lea was a professional in the care sector as a personal disability assistant.She has specialized expertise in Protection, WASH and Cash & Voucher Assistance.

Majd Mustafa is an Operations Officer of Trust Consultancy & Development and Field Coordinator, based out of the Gaziantep Office. Majd has more than 8 years of experience in leading teams, conducting field work, and supervising the execution of activities. He has coordinated data collection teams for a wide range of projects, such as various health and WASH projects in Northern Syria. Majd also ensures that all operations run effectively and smoothly.Majd has a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry. Moreover, Majd advanced his career by taking another Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He is fluent in Arabic, English and Turkish. Prior to joining Trust, Majd worked as a Quality Control Advisor in the Pharmaceutical industry.

Nasser is an Operations Officer and Translator of Trust Consultancy & Development. He is a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist throughout the MENA region, with a particular focus on Lebanon. He has 8 years of humanitarian expertise, working with both international and local humanitarian organisations. He is capable of gathering and analysing data in order to produce actionable insights for programme development. Nasser is an expert in analysing both qualitative and quantitative data. Lastly, he is a Translation coordinator, where is supervises convert content in the Operation and TPM department.He has a Master's degree in English linguistics from the Islamic University of Lebanon and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Damascus University. He also accelerated his degree by taking several courses such as the Special Education Course at the American University of Beruit and Data Science and R programming from John Hopkins University. Prior to joining Trust, Nasser worked with Dorcas, where he focused on areas of project evaluation and child protection.

Youssef Almustafa is one of the co-founder of Trust Consultancy & Development.Youssef graduated from a Post Graduate Diploma in Demography and Development from the Damascus University, an MSC in Political Economy of Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies, and from a joint MA in Economic Change in the Arab Region from the Marburg University and the Damascus University.He possesses over 20 years of management and research experience in the development and humanitarian sector in the MENA region and beyond. More over, over the course of his career, he has trained over 1.500 humanitarians and M&E professionnals across Syria, Turkey, Iraq, Jordan, and more.After pursuing a career as a Monitoring & Evaluation specialist for several international NGOs in Syria and Turkey, Youssef founded Trust Consultancy & Development in 2016 in Gaziantep, Turkey, with the mission to deliver accurate and timely data and reports tailored to clients' needs.
