Amy Johnson is a Bookkeeper with The Minerva Group; with more than a decade of experience and she loves what she does. Outside of work, Amy and her husband love living in the mountains, and enjoying all that nature has to offer. She also has a great passion for art, that she has had since a young girl.
Ashley was born and raised in East Tennessee. She got her degree from Tennessee Wesleyan College in Athens, TN. In her 16 years of experience she worked in a variety of industries, mainly for profit companies. Ashley enjoys learning and understanding how an entity operates to better serve the accounting processes and the entity.
In her free time she enjoys hunting, sports (baseball and college football mainly), and anything Disney related.
Cathy has worked in many different areas of business through-out her career and loves learning everything she can about what she is doing. She is the co-owner of a construction company with her husband and son.
Cathy has to other sons along with 2 daughters in-law. She is also the grandma to 3 beautiful grandchildren.
Cathy enjoys spending her free time with her family making memories together, spending time with their dogs, camping and hanging out by the pool.

Christina Knell has lived in Colorado for over 20 years, since relocating to attend CU Boulder. From there she obtained a business degree and went on the get an MBA from CU Denver in 2010. In her 17 years of experience, she has worked with a variety of companies and industries ranging from health and beauty to international healthcare, nonprofit and real estate. Christina enjoys getting to know different businesses through the accounting process.
In her leisure time, she enjoys coffee, running, and planning home improvement projects. Christina lives in Lakewood with her husband Nathan and their two children Amber and Oliver. They also have 2 attack toy poodles, Frank and Ruby.

Felix is a Staff Accountant with The Minerva Group and has over 15 years' experience in Accounting and Finance. He graduated from Rockford University in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration. He found his passion in the Accounting world through working with non-profits and small businesses. Felix enjoys working directly with non-profits and small business owners to help them achieve their goals for their businesses, communities, and causes.
Felix currently resides in the quiet countryside outside of Chicago, Illinois with his family. In his free time he enjoys creating art, playing video games, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.
Gail has over 30 years of accounting experience working in the financial services and commercial real estate industries. She loves using her knowledge to help clients
Joseph has been helping companies with their operations and administration for over 20 years. Getting and keeping companies organized is one of his passions. Though not an accountant, Joseph has learned many of the necessary skills while at The Minerva Group to help resolve most accounting issues. As the Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations; ensuring the systems, resources, and people are in place to achieve the goals of The Minerva Group.
He enjoys music and Sci-Fi movies; and when he has more time he loves to travel the world.

Karyn Cartlidge has come to The Minerva Group with over 20 years of accounting experience and has worked in a variety of industries including but not limited to professional services, medical & dental, nonprofits, real estate, and a variety of trades. She sees a problem as an adventure to figure out the best way to solve it.
Karyn was born and raised in sunny South Florida and graduated Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. She and her husband recently settled in south Denver with their 2 boys, so that they could be closer to the mountains. Her boys are her greatest and most fun adventure. They spend their weekends during the summer exploring & hiking the mountains and skiing in the winter. Karyn and her husband have a passion for wine and good food. They love checking out the newest yummy restaurants and fun & trendy wine bars.

Kris has over thirty years of experience in business administration, human resources management, accounting operations and information systems management. Kris' role with The Minerva Group as Manager of Accounting Operations is focused on keeping our accountants and our technology in optimal condition so we can provide skilled and efficient services to our clients.
Kris is an avid skier, fly-fisher, cyclist, hiker and carpenter-in-the-making. In her free time, you'll find her outside, enjoying all Colorado has to offer, or maybe in the garage trying to master hand-cut mortise and tenon joints.
Larissa has over 10 years of accounting experience serving mostly non-profit organizations and construction companies. With a background in biology, she views financial reporting as data from a scientific perspective in order to best help her clients.
Because of her love for both the sea and the mountains, she lives on a 10-acre farm on an island in the Pacific Northwest with her family and a variety of animals. Most recently she has learned to spin yarn using fiber from her fluffy alpaca herd.

Lisa is the CEO and founder of The Minerva Group. She started as a sole proprietorship in 1994 as a home-based accounting business so that she could be more available to her 3 kids. In 2011 she launched the business under The Minerva Group. The name being a childhood nickname from her uncle.
She is a native Coloradan and therefore enjoys many outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer; including running, kayaking, skiing and hiking. Lisa also loves to read, especially historical fiction. Her degree is from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting.
Megan Carter currently lives in Denver Colorado. Originally from Alabama, Roll Tide! She enjoys everything beautiful Colorado has to offer. Her priorities include co parenting a wonderful son, a pug named sweet potato, and pursuing her CPA.
She likes to stay active so she can keep her contagious zest for life!
Nora was born in Durango, Mexico. While she was a toddler her parents immigrated to the United States. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as taking road trips with her family to her native town in Mexico.
Vance Johnson joined The Minerva Group in February 2022. Prior to that, he spent over 20 years working in the field of law enforcement working as a patrol officer, and eventually retiring as a detective.
After his retirement, he set his sights on starting a second career in tax preparation, a much calmer field of work, in which Vance is very happy. Vance enjoys living in the mountains of Colorado with his wife and cat, who he affectionately refers to as "the white demon child," and spends his free time dabbling in woodworking, fishing, working on cars, and many household projects.
After graduating with her B.A. in Accounting from Colorado State, Whitney spent the early part of her career in various accounting roles in the renewable energy sector.
She currently resides in Steamboat Springs, CO with her husband and two dogs. When she is not enjoying helping small business owners achieve their financial goals, you can find her mountain biking, rafting or skiing on local trails.
