He joined the business in 2005, and currently oversees the marketing team, which drives brand awareness & ensures brand consistency across our digital footprint. Outside of work, his many interests include skiing, bicycling, kayaking, building furniture, playing guitar, home renovation, reading, border collies, and tinkering with old German cars.
He joined the team in 2020, bringing with him over 10 years of expertise in Supply Chain Logistics. He's always looking for ways to improve and exceed customer expectations. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his dog.

Katie is passionate about elevating the TotalBoat brand & bringing meaningful innovation to our customers.
She joined the team in 2021, bringing over 15 years of consumer product & brand experience. Building on the product portfolio, she's excited to bring new innovation grounded in consumer insights. In her free time, you can find her spending time outdoors with her family, working on her kids' treehouse, or working in her garden.

Kristin can be found at all TotalBoat events, bringing the party and building community.
She joined the team in 2015, bringing with her a passion for boating, and experience in marketing & photography. Since joining TotalBoat, she's been pivotal in building our social media presence across all platforms and managing our incredible network of brand ambassadors. In her free time, you can find her rinkside for her sons' hockey games, or sailing with her husband.

Mike is customer zero. TotalBoat was born from his passion for boating & making.
Mike has worn many hats over the years - from the warehouse, to the call center, to marketing. When he's not at the office or making TikToks, you can find him skiiing with his family, boating or kiteboarding.

Ryan is a CPA who loves crunching numbers. He has a keen interest in forecasting & analytics.
He joined the team in 2021, bringing with him over 18 years of professional finance experience. With a focus on working capital management, he helps ensure we can get products to our customers as our business grows. In his free time, you can find him spending time with his family for game night, or cheering on the Buffalo Bills.

Skip is the man behind the website you're on right now.
He has been with the company since 2004, before TotalBoat was ever dreamed up. He's grown the IT team over the years, and keeps our systems running. In his free time, you can find him playing with computers - taking them apart, putting them together, and making beats using all kinds of tools, from software synths & sequencers to analog modulars & old circuit bent toys. If there's electricity running through it, he's probably into it.
