Alex started with us at Unisource in June 2016. She graduated from Ripon College with a major in English and a Psych Minor. She specializes in Medicare and Under-65 health insurance. She has a 7-year-old terrier mix named Jill, who she got in January 2019. Jill is a rescue dog from Tennessee and always looks like she just rolled out of bed. Like most dogs, she wants nothing more than Alex's attention and really enjoys tearing the stuffing out of every toy she can get ahold of. Alex likes to spend her free time antiquing and knitting. She also loves to go out drinking and dancing.

Andrea started at Unisource in 2011. She had the best business mentor ever… her father, Paul Brunner, who was the agency founder. She is very ecstatic to be the perpetuation plan for her dad and determined to carry on the client centered values of the agency. She is a Wauwatosa native and graduated from St. Norbert College. Andrea enjoys early morning cross-training workouts, book club, and spending time traveling with her husband and their three children. Her eldest daughter is on the autism spectrum and has taught her so much about love and acceptance. She now serves on the Board of the Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin and is a board member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin.
Bernie joined here at Unisource back in 2017, and he specializes in Medicare Solutions. Bernie started his education at North Dakota State. After a year out in North Dakota, he decided to transfer to Cardinal Stritch. His family consists of his Wife Mary of 53 years, their three children, and two grandchildren. In his free time, Bernie loves fishing, fly tying, and making model cars.
Colleen has been in the Insurance industry for over 15 years. She started at Central States Insurance, an affiliate with Unisource, in September of 2017. Colleen specializes in both personal lines and commercial lines. She has been married for 17 years, and has no children. A couple of her hobbies are reading, gardening, and hanging out with her family and friends.

Haily started in the insurance industry in 2017 and is licensed in property, casualty, and life insurance. In May of 2022, she joined the Dan Schani Insurance Agency, who is an affiliate of Unisource Insurance Associates. She is attending UW-Whitewater to obtain her Bachelor of General Business with an emphasis on risk management. Haily has two rescue dogs: Sophia who is 12yrs old and Tuffy who is 2yrs old. In her spare time, she enjoys attending car shows, traveling, snowmobiling, and watching races at Slinger Speedway.

Jay started working for Central States Insurance, an affiliate with Unisource, in February of 2005. His main focus of insurance is commercial lines. He graduated from UW Milwaukee with a business degree in May 1991. He currently resides in Franklin with his wife Erica and his two children Cade and Carly. In addition to helping people with their insurance, he enjoys golfing and coaching his daughters fast pitch softball team, the Greenfield Ignitors. Jay also enjoys singing and playing his acoustic guitar.

Julie grew up in Hubertus, WI and currently resides in Jackson, WI. She graduated from Waukesha County Technical College where she earned her Associate Degree in Retail Marketing. During college she was very active in DECA. She competed and placed at the State and National Collegiate level. She started work at Unisource Insurance in 1991 and is licensed to write Property, Casualty, Life and Health business. In 2006 she earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. May 2010 was named in Milwaukee Magazine in the Area of Home/Auto Insurance, scoring highest in overall satisfaction of Insurance Professionals.
She has been married since 1988 to William Bartelt Jr. and has two kids, one who works for an Affiliate of Unisource. In her free time she enjoys volunteering at her church, Festa Italiana, Taste of Italy and serves on the Board of her Condo Association. She has numerous hobbies; reading, playing piano, golfing, walking, home improvement projects and trying new things. She loves animals and spending time with family and friends. A motto she lives by is: "Be the Reason Someone Smiles today."

Kelly started at Unisource Insurance Associates in 2010. She is a proud second generation owner of the company. Kelly specializes in commercial insurance-contractors. She received her degree from Marquette University. Now she is happily married with two kids and a little dog named Dash. When she is not selling insurance, she enjoys spending her time with her family doing outdoor activities. Kelly is also an avid fan of all Wisconsin sports teams.

Ken has been with us at Unisource since 2001.He has been an independent insurance agent for more than 40 years! He graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree from Western Illinois. He is an Insurance counselor designation. Ken is married and has one son. In his free time, he enjoys water sports and traveling. He is also an avid sports fan. Some of his favorite teams are the Badgers, Packers, and the Bucks.
Lauren first joined the Unisource team, back in summer of 2015 as an Intern. She helped agents with various tasks, and sat at the front desk to greet clients. Once the fall approached, Lauren focused on finishing her degree from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. In 2019 she graduated with a Marketing major and a minor in Psychology. She found her way back to Unisource in January 2021. She assists Kelly Brunner-Nielsen with her Personal and Commercial accounts. In her free time, she enjoys cooking healthy, flavorful meals, and binge watching The Real Housewives of New York.

Lisa is a 3 rd generation owner of Robert Wick Agency, which is an affiliate of Unisource Insurance Associates. She specializes in property casualty, and has been a licensed agent for over 35 years! She graduated from Mount Mary University with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. Lisa has been married over 35 years to her husband Chris. Together they have three children. She is a huge animal lover. She has a dog named Ruby Mae, and a cat named Sam. In her free time, Lisa enjoys traveling and hiking.

Marya has been with Unisource Insurance Associates since June of 2019 and recently became a licensed agent In Personal Lines. She has a B.S. in psychology and loves her second career in the insurance industry, after 13 years as a stay-at-home mom to eight children. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her children hiking and doing yard work, going to the movies and taking road trips.

Michele has been with us at Unisource since April of 2009. She first got into the insurance field in 1981. She has worked in personal lines, commercial lines, and trucking insurance. One of her favorite things about the insurance world is the challenge of unusual risks and risk management to repair accounts to get better rates. Michele is a member of PIA. She went to Waukesha South High school and she attended MATC at the Milwaukee campus. She has two sons, a daughter-in-law, and a grandson. She loves having the company of her dog Benson, who was adopted from the Dodge County Humane Society. On the weekends and in her free time she likes to garden, cook, paint and watch football. She also likes to spend time with her kids and her brother and sister. She is a part of Epikos church in Greenfield.
Paul Brunner established the agency the old fashioned way. He delivered concrete during the day and sell life insurance at night. Always focused on his family, Paul coached softball and basketball at his children's school for over 25 years and volunteered on many school and church committees.

Randy started here at Unisource Insurance Associates back in 1994. Randy works both commercial and personal lines. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. One of his closest companions is Mugsy, who is his Havanese dog. In his free time, Randy really enjoys riding his motorcycle. He has taken plenty of trips around the United States including New Orleans, Florida, the Smokey Mountains, and all of the neighboring states. In addition, he likes doing home improvement and remodeling projects. He has also worked with Samaritans Purse to help rebuild people's homes in Mississippi after hurricane Katrina, New York after hurricane Sandy and in Arkansas after devastating tornado damage.

Terry's insurance career spans over 40 years. Over that time, I have worked as a file clerk, CISR (Customer Insurance Service Representative), Agent and currently as the Office & Accounting Manager here at Unisource. My vast experience has enabled me to better service the needs of our customers which I thoroughly enjoy. In my spare time, I love cheering on the Packers, Bucks, Brewers, Wisconsin & Marquette teams ,and doing all types of puzzles and spending time with my family.

Thomas works at Dan Schani Insurance Agency who is an affiliate of Unisource Insurance Associates. He started on Dan's team in January of 2019. Thomas attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and graduated with a major in marketing and a German minor. He studied abroad in Germany to work towards his minor. He is currently living in Wauwatosa with his wonderful little three year old dog named Millie. In his free time, he enjoys spending time on the golf course with family, as well as cooking and watching movies.
